Sir Winston Attivatè
- CLIENT
Born in 1882, the German brand originally named TEEKANNE invented in 1913 the tea bag as we know it, and named it “Pompadour” as a tribute to Madame de Pompadour and her bags. Today, the POMPADOUR brand headquartered in Bolzano offers successfully the widest range of teas on the italian market.
- ASSIGNMENT
Designing the identity of an innovative range of black tea that wants to be a coffee. Attivatè is indeed a new functional black tea, enriched with green coffee, coming in two flavours (Cocoa+Honey and Mate+Lemon) and giving a stronger energy boost with less side effects than coffee.
- SOLUTION & PROCESS
A vibrant and unexpected packaging that breaks the conventional rules of the warm and delicate tea shelf, through an illustrated visual that summarizes perfectly the product concept: pure energy! New product naming. New identity. We designed the main visual representing a colorful and energetic burst of light on a black background coming out from a cup of tea, supported by a custom hand-drawn typography that matches the flat and dynamic style of the illustrations, and by smart headlines throughout the pack.
